Marked for Salvation

You may not know this, but you are marked. In fact, Scripture describes many different marks that you bear. Some of these marks are stains, impossible for you to blot out. Others are signs that tell you who—and whose—you are. Some marks can even point you toward your purpose and completely transform your life. Being marked can have positive or negative consequences, depending on who is doing the marking, and why. This Lenten season, we invite you to join us as we journey through these various Biblical marks in a sermon series titled, “Marked for Salvation.” Each week, we will stop to look at a different way in which you have been marked for good or ill, and what God has to say about it. As we travel together, you will also receive a book which will serve as your passport—a record of our spiritual journey and a guide for personal devotion. You will have an opportunity to have this passport stamped with a unique mark to remind you of the ways in which you have been marked by God. We hope you will join us for this exciting series through God’s Word as we travel all the way from sinful human creatures marked for death, to redeemed and chosen children of God, marked for eternal life!
